This project began in 2012 with the aim at promoting a diverse culture and offering equal opportunities.
Since then, progress has been made towards ensuring adequate accessibility conditions in the work environment, the development of local sources of recruiting, the implementation of actions to raise employee awareness with the provision of in-house training, and the recruitment of persons with disabilities providing follow-up and support.
To consolidate this initiative, Arcor Group has a “Management Toolkit”, jointly developed with relevant social organizations, aiming to ensure successful employee onboarding.
As a highlight of 2017, ManpowerGroup Argentina recognized Arcor Group as a “Partner in Inclusion” in the framework of the “Building Bridges Towards a More Inclusive Labor Market” initiative.
