Yen Paul and his family lived in Panama for four years, as his previous position was Marketing Manager for Central America and the Caribbean: "I had the opportunity to work in several countries and get to know different cultures, making it a highly rewarding experience, both personally and professionally”. He joined Arcor in 1997 as Head of Trade Marketing for the distribution channel. On his return to Chile, he had to take on new challenges in one of the areas he likes best given the diversity of activities involved and his close contact with clients.
Darío arrived in Mexico 8 years ago and previously served as Maintenance and Engineering Manager at the same plant. About expatriation, he says: "We arrived with my wife and my eldest newborn daughter and today I have a daughter who was born in Mexico. The experience of raising children in a different culture is very exciting and rewarding”. His first position at Arcor was Technical Office Analyst at the Colonia Caroya plant in Córdoba, where he joined in 2003. For him, this change "means professional growth" that challenges him to develop new skills and learn more about the business.
