This initiative is being carried out under three lines of action:
- Local inclusive purchases in communities where the Company operates;
- Corporate inclusive businesses, in particular the sustained purchase of work wear;
- Development of CIR suppliers using several strategies to enhance the administrative, productive and commercial conditions, including the creation of a micro-credit revolving fund and a project financing fund for productive undertakings.
