During 2017 a research project was carried out in 8 operational facilities in Argentina to understand the career drivers for Millennials.

The focus was on two age segments: 18-25 years and 26-35 years of age. The objectives of the study were to investigate the role of work and how work and non-work motivators affect this generation, to understand how these motivators are related to the goals set by Arcor Group’s Comprehensive Management System, and to analyze the impact of intergenerational coexistence on motivation and engagement with the Company.
