Arcor opened its business in the USA in 1993 as a small trade unit. Today, Arcor's operation in North America is split up in 4 categories: a) private label, b) value added products through the use of licenses, c) Arcor brand products and d) manufacturing contracts for third parties.
The main product lines in the region are Value Line, Liberty Bell, Party Mix (assorted hard candies: Butterscotch, Cinnamon, Starlite mints), Fruitfuls (assorted filled hard candies), Kiddie Mix (assorted candies, chewing gum and lollipops for children) and Private Label.
Arcor sells "direct import/full containers shipment" to key store chains whose national reach are the most important in terms of volume, distribution and image: Costco, Sam's, WalMart, KMart, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, CVS, Walgreen's and Aldi, among others.
In 2012, Arcor launched its key bon o bon in South Florida and other US regions. A recognized brand worldwide, it did not take long to become a success in the US. Its unique flavor with its creamy peanut butter filling is rapidly making it a favorite and fueling its expansion nationwide.
