Option 5:

- 1 ham and cheese sandwich

- 1 glass of multi-fruit smoothie made with LC canned fruit cocktail
- Tatin Alfajor
Option 7:
- 1 scrambled egg
- 5 toasts Criollitas Clásicas
- 1 glass of BC fruit juice
SNACK
- 1 fruit
- 1 Natural Break
- 1 Arcor peanut nougat bar
- 1 Cereal Mix bar
- 1 serving of jelly with yogurt and fruit.
MAIN DISHES
Option 1:
- Oven-baked breaded chicken milanesas (chicken cutlets) with roast potato and carrot.
- 1 small breaded chicken cutlet
- 1 small potato
- 1 small carrot
- Arcor Corn oil
Option 2:
- Meat and vegetable brochette, with Arcor Presto Pronta polenta timbale with cheese
- Meat in chunks
- Carrot, zucchini, tomato, onion, diced zucchini
- ½ cup of polenta + milk to hydrate it
