* * TUNA HAND ROLLS

Ingredients: 

  • 3 big pancakes (green pancake batter)
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 “La Campagnola” can of tuna

Preparation:
Spread each pancake with the tuna and cream cheese mixture. Place the roasted red pepper on top of the spread, and roll the pancake. Cut into slices and serve.

 

* QUICK MINI PIZZAS

 Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of pastry dough discs for mini empanadas
  • 1 Arcor pizza sauce
  • Cream cheese, as necessary

Preparation:
Fold dough edges over, place them on an oven tray, prick the dough at the center and paint with the tomato sauce.
Cook until dough edges are golden brown, add the cream cheese and bake until the cheese melts.

 

* PROVENÇAL-STYLE BEANS

 Ingredients:

  • 1 can of “Arcor” Alubia Beans
  • Parsley and chopped garlic
  • ARCOR oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Wash and drain the beans, add the dressing of parsley and garlic. Mix and season.

 

* MINI CORN BASKETS

 Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of pastry dough discs for mini empanadas
  • 1 can of “Arcor” Corn Cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Fry the onion and pepper in a frying pan, add the corn cream.
Form a basket shape with each dough disc, fill and bake in hot oven until the puff pastry is golden brown.

 

* SARDINE BRUSCHETTA

 Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 can of La Campagnola sardines
  • 1 ARCOR tomato puree

Preparation:
Cut the slice of bread in half. Bake until toasted. Put some tomato sauce on it. Distribute the sardines. Bake for a few minutes.
Serve with a salad of green leaves.
